How many videos can I upload?
ibibo Videos provides free unlimited storage space for your videos; i.e. you can store for free as many videos as you want.

What kind of videos can I upload?
You may upload videos that are suitable for public viewing. Please do not upload videos of sensitive nature, including those that may be considered objectionable, inappropriate, hateful or in violation of copyright. All such videos will be removed without notification. Uploading obscene or pornographic material is strictly not allowed and any user found guilty of doing so shall have their account disabled

How can I upload my videos?
Uploading your videos on ibibo Videos is extremely simple. Click on the "Upload" button located right most on the product toolbar. This will bring a layer titled "Quick Upload". Click on the "Select File" button, choose the video from your computer and then click on "Upload Videos" button. Please don't close your browser till the progress bar shows 100%. If you close your browser or click on any other link on ibibo, your upload will be cancelled.

When will my uploaded videos show up?
After you upload a video, it is converted to an appropriate format to make it viewable by you and others on ibibo Videos. This process may take from 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on the number of videos uploaded before yours in the queue.

How do I organize my videos so that I can view them and access them easily?
Try grouping your videos into channels. You can easily create a channel and then drag-and-drop your videos into these channels. Creating channels lets you group videos based on holidays, events, picnic, family occasion etc.

What are 'My channels'?
Channels let you organize your collection of videos by grouping them in logically related batches. For example, you can have the videos of your recent holiday trip in a channel titled "Holiday in Goa" and the videos of your friend's birthday bash in another channel titled "Sonia's Birthday"

How do I see all the videos uploaded by me?
You can view all your videos by clicking on the "My videos" tab available on the product toolbar.

What are "My favourites"?
While browsing through some interesting videos on ibibo Videos, you may come across some videos that you like a lot. You can mark these as your favourites so that you can easily access them later. While viewing a video, click on the "Add to Favourite" button you see above the video.
Please note that you can also mark any of your own videos as a part of your favourites too.

What are "Group actions"?
"Group actions" page allows you to perform a particular task on multiple videos in one shot. Click on "Group actions". On the page that opens, drag and drop your videos to the clear area and then perform actions like editing caption/title/tags etc, adding multiple videos to channels or sharing them.

What is "My watchlist"?
When you like videos by a user, you may choose to add them to your watchlist. When you add a user to your watchlist, you can keep track of their activities like recent uploads, their favourite videos and so on. Adding a user to a watchlist is simple. While viewing a video, just click on the "add this user to my watchlist" link.

What are tags?
Tags are keywords that you can add to a video to make it easier to be classified and searched later. For example, you can tag a video with words or phrases like "wedding" "trip to Goa" "funny" etc.
In order to search videos with a specific tag (say "wedding") you can either click on the tag or type it in the search box.

What is the maximum number of tags that I can add to a video?
There is no limit to the number of tags that you can add to a video. For example, a college video with your friends can have tags like "college" "Anil" "Robin" "Manasi" "friends" "all friends" "at college" etc.

On the page, drag and drop your videos to the clear area and then perform actions like editing caption/title/tags etc, adding multiple videos to channels, changing privacy settings or sharing them.

I don't want to upload any videos. But I would like to see some good videos. How can I explore?
The "Explore" tab on the product toolbar enables you to see videos that other users of ibibo Videos have uploaded.
You can also view videos based on tags. Click on the "Explore" link and then click on the sub-tab "Tags". Here you will see a list of tags and upon clicking any tag you will be shown videos which are marked with that particular tag.
If you know what kind of video you are looking for, then enter some keywords related in the search box and select an appropriate category to search in.

I have uploaded my videos. Now what?
You can now start exploring great features of ibibo Videos. You can:
a) share your videos with friends and family
b) copy the embed code for a video and embed it anywhere you wish
c) organize your videos into channels
d) add tags to your videos so that other ibibo users can find them easily

What is an "embed code"? How can I embed videos?
"Embed code" is an HTML code that allows videos to be viewed by everyone without coming to the video page on ibibo Videos.
While viewing a video you will see "embed code" which you can copy and paste in any HTML page.

Who can view my videos? I am concerned about privacy.
The best judge about the audience for your videos is you. Therefore, we have given you complete access on who can view your videos. Not only this, you can also decide who can post a comment on your videos. Just navigate to the "Settings" link and change the settings for your videos as desired.

How do I know if someone has commented on my videos?
You can see it under "My Videos News" on your ibibo Videos home page. Also, based on your settings, you will be alerted via e-mail whenever someone comments on your videos. You can disable this notification in the Settings page. Just navigate to the "Settings" link and then click on the sub-tab "Notifications". Here you can change the notification settings for various events.

Who determines whether a video is objectionable or not?
At ibibo Videos we have an editorial team which routinely monitors content and deletes any objectionable content. We also empower users to flag any video that they deem inappropriate. These flagged videos are then reviewed by our editorial team on a priority basis to determine the next step of action.

How can I share my private videos?
There are four ways to share private videos:
1) click the "Share video" button while viewing a video and enter the email-ids to share it with
2) go to "group actions" and select the videos you want to share and click the "Share Videos" button.
3) while sharing a channel, select "share all videos from this channel" option to share private videos also
4) you can share the video that is shared with you by somebody by simply passing on the link

On what all web browsers is ibibo Videos supported?
ibibo Videos is supported on the following browsers - Internet Explorer (version 6.0 and above), Mozilla Firefox (1.0 and above), Opera (version 9.0 and above). We thoroughly test the product on all supported browsers in our lab before releasing it to you. However, the product also works on browsers not listed here. Please feel free to report any issues that you have on the currently non-supported browsers. We are actively working on supporting more web browsers.

Will ibibo Videos work on non-supported web browsers too?
Yes, ibibo Videos works on most web browsers but some are not supported. Before claiming support for any browser, we test the product thoroughly on the said browser.
